Update from Doug De Master to Brian Solomon, February 18, 2004:

We have postponed the lead water service replacements on Chapman St so that we can coordinate them with a street reconstruction project. We sent letters to Chapman St homeowners in January, telling them we expected to be there in "30 to 90 days," but we now estimate it will be August or September. At this point, I don't plan to send additional letters to everyone--the schedule is still subject to change and I think there have been enough letters--but I wanted to let you know in case you get any questions.
