Join DMNA
Our annual membership drives take place each fall.
Block captains will once again be knocking on doors to collect household demographic data and dues during each fall.
Becoming a member is a two step process:
Enter (or update) your demographics information. This can be done via one of the below methods:
Review and update your information on the printed sheet from your block captain.
OR Enter the information using the button below, and make sure to click the “Submit Household Information” button when done.
2. Pay your $12 in yearly membership dues - This can be done using one of the following methods:
Give a check made out to "DMNA" to your block captain. If you miss them, mail it to Kathleen Engebretsen at 610 Baltzell St, Madison, WI 53711.
OR Pay via Paypal using the “Pay Membership Dues” button below. Note that dues are slightly higher when paid via Paypal due their service fees.
