History Committee

ABOUT THE HISTORY COMMITTEE

Our neighborhood has a rich history, which can be traced back to Native Americans in the Late Woodland period over a thousand years ago. Once the neighborhood was developed starting in the late 19th century, change was rapid.

The history committee is responsible for collecting the stories and historical information for our neighborhood, and sharing them with residents in a way that is useful and interesting.

If you would like to share information and ideas or get involved, please email the history committee chair at history@dmna.org
